Role ·
As a Reformer Pilates Instructor at ReFRAME, you will deliver thoughtfully designed classes that embody precision, flow, and intention. You will play an integral role in shaping each client’s experience, ensuring every session feels personal, empowering, and aligned with our standards of excellence.
In addition to group classes, you will have the opportunity to deliver private 1:1 and small group personal training sessions, tailoring programmes to individual client goals and providing a more bespoke, results-driven experience.
Responsibilities ·
· Lead safe, engaging, and expertly programmed Reformer Pilates classes
· Provide hands-on guidance and tailored corrections to support individual progression.
· Maintain a strong understanding of anatomy, alignment, and movement quality.
· Create a welcoming, inclusive, and professional studio environment
Build genuine relationships with clients, fostering trust and community.
· Uphold the ReFRAME Wellness Club brand, values, and client experience at all times.
